By using the Easy Meals website, purchasing a membership or ordering Easy Meals or filling out our online surveys you permit Easy Meals by Flavour Makers Pty Ltd or one of its partners to contact you, by phone or email, about our products, promotions or other matters that relate to you as a user of the website, as a customer or as a membership holder of Easy Meals by Flavour Makers, as the case may be.
Easy Meals by Flavour Makers Pty Ltd reserves the right to update these terms from time to time, and all users of the website, membership holders and customers, past or present, will be bound to these terms for all further dealings with Easy Meals by Flavour Makers Pty Ltd from the time of the update.
All content on this website belongs Easy Meals by Flavour Makers Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright. Under no circumstances is any content to be reproduced without the consent of Easy Meals.
All prices displayed on Easy Meals website are in Australian Dollars there is no GST on our meals or coffee capsules.
Meals and Soups
All meals are guaranteed for taste and tenderness so if you try our meals and find any unsuitable, you can exchange those for meals you did enjoy, or return your whole order and we will refund your money less the costs of the meals you have opened, on these conditions;
1) You contact Easy Meals within 30 days of your delivery.
2) All payments have been up to date.
3) Less than 10 meals have been opened or 20% of your order has been opened, which ever option is less.
All enquiries in regard to returns, exchanges or faulty products need to be sent to email@example.com
Please choose carefully as Easy Meals does not give refunds every time. If you notice your meal or coffee selection is incorrect, contact us directly tollfree 1800 017 560 so it can be rectified. Changes can only be made up to the day prior to your first payment date.
All meals that need to be exchanged or returned need to be sent to Easy Meals warehouse at your own expense before any refunds or exchanges will occur. If you change your mind and do not wish to try our Easy Meals once you have accepted the delivery, a late cancellation fee of 10% may be applied to cover administration and freight costs.
All coffee capsules are guaranteed for flavour. If you don’t like your coffee flavours, we will refund your money less the capsule bags you have opened on these conditions.
You contact Easy Meals within 30 days of your first payment date
1. All payments have been up to date
2. No more than 1 capsule bag of each flavour have been opened
3. All enquiries in regard to returns, exchanges or faulty products need to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
All orders that need to be exchanged or returned need to be sent to the Easy Meals warehouse at your own expense before any refunds or exchanges will occur. Each opened bag of coffee capsules will incure a $4.50 cost. If you change your mind and Easy Meals has already sent your items, you may be charged a 10% late cancellation fee due to freight and administration costs incurred by Easy Meals.
If you have placed an order of Easy Meals or Coffee Capsules, you can cancel at anytime prior to your first payment. Call Easy Meals on 1800 017 560. Once your first payment is successful, the dispatch process is activated, so a late cancellation fee of 10% may be applied to cover administration and freight costs.
Shipping & Delivery
Your products will be sent to the address given by you in the ordering stage. Please advise us directly tollfree 1800 017 560 if there has been a change of address or if you wish for it to be sent to a different location, prior to your first payment date. We ensure our products are packaged so as to prevent any damage occurring and therefore we do not take any responsibility for loss or damage once the package has been sent. Delivery will commence after first payment has cleared to confirm your payment details are correct. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery to most metro and rural areas.
Easy Meals uses the third party provider Ezidebit Pty ltd for all direct debit through BSB and Account and NAB Transact for credit card or debit card transactions. Normally we try to take all payments out at 6am EST time so please make sure your money is available and clear. If you dont have enough clear funds in your designated account at the time of processing you will be charged a dishonour fee from Ezidebit (current rate is $9.90). Contact Easy Meals directly tollfree 1800 017 560 the business day prior to your payment in order to make any changes. Your rights include full access to the personal information held concerning yourself. You may request a copy of this information or further information about the Ezidebit privacy practices at any time by contacting the Ezideibit Privacy Officer on (07) 3124 5500 or by e-mailing email@example.com.
Access to and correction of information
You may request access to, or have corrections made to, the personal information we hold about you simply by writing to us, phoning us or contacting our customer care via our contact form.
